2 - 14 oz. Mexican-style stewed tomatoes
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. basil leaves
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. sliced green bell pepper
1/2 c. onion diced
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
8 half chicken breasts, boned and skinned
Parmesean cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Add oil and sauce peppers, onions, mushrooms 5 minutes until tender. Break up tomatoes in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients except chicken and cheese. Stir until cornstarch dissolves. Place chicken fillets in greased 9 x 13 pan glass baking dish. Cover with sautéed vegetables. Pour tomato mixture over chicken and bake 45 minutes in 325º oven. Add cheese on top and serve.
