Filling:
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 T sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
dash nutmeg
1/3 c dry milk powder
1/4 c water
1 c cottage cheese, small curd
1 tsp vanilla


Directions:
Directions:
Combine all and place in 8x8 baking dish coated with vegetable oil spray. Bake for 25 min at 325 degrees. Cool.

Cut filling into 8 pieces.

Place cresent rolls on a cookie sheet; spread out to thin squares or rectangles of dough. Brush with butter. Spoon filling equally on rolls. Brings corners of dough together at center. Brush remaining butter on top of rolls.

Bake accordng to cresent roll instructions. Top with applesauce or jam if wanted.
