1 cup almonds, ground (or oats and seeds for school - sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, poppy..)
1 cup walnuts, ground
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
12 dates, mashed (or other dried fruit, figs work great)
1 cup apricots
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp of tahini, heaped
1½ tsp honey
sea salt
shredded coconut

Mix all ingredients together . Form into small balls and roll in coconut, cocoa or sesame seeds.
