1/3 c flour
Salt,pepper
2 T olive oil
2 cups beef broth
1c Marsala wine
2tsp corn starch
2 tsp tyme
2 tsp lemon juice
4 clove crushed garlic
8 oz portobello mushrooms
1T butter
2 boneless chicken breasts sliced thin or pound to 1/4 "or use chicken tenders

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge chicken in flour to coat. Salt and pepper to taste.
Heat oil, cook chicken until browned. Remove and keep warm.
Combine beef broth with Marsala wine, cornstarch, tyme, lemon juice.
Using same pan as you cooked the chicken, add butter, mushrooms and garlic cook until tender. Add broth mixture bring to a simmer for 4 minutes or until thickened.
Return chicken to sauce and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
Serve with Linguini fin .
