1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chile powder
½ tsp. cumin
⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper



1 onion
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup ketchup
⅓ cup cider vinegar
¼ cup tomato paste
¼ cup water
2 T. mustard
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
12 tsp. tobas o sauce

Directions:

Rub the pork thoroughly with the spices. Then place in a crock pot and add the other ingredients.
(no need to stir until an hour into the cooking)

Cook in the crock pot for 6 to 8 hours. When the pork is cool enough to handle, pull the pork and pour sauce over it.

Sometimes, I cool the sauce, skim the fat, then reheat with the pulled pork in it.

You absolutely can't go wrong with this recipe. Put it on to cook, go to the grocery store and buy buns and cabbage to make cole slaw (or just cheat and buy some already made), run a few more errands, take a nap....then serve at dinnertime. Voila!
