1 lb. Bulk sausage
6 Slices white bread crust removed
Soften maragine and butter bread
1/2 cup Shredded long horn cheese
5 Eggs beaten
2 cups Half & Half
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage, medium heat until done. Stirring to crumble well. Drain on paper towel and set aside.
Put bread cubes in 9 x 13 baking pan. Sprinkle with sausage and top with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients.
Beat well and pour mixture in pan.
Chill at least 8 hours. Bake 350 for 40-45 minutes.
