1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground veal (optional)
3 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup grated cheese
granulated garlic
parsley
salt

Coating:
eggs
Flour
Breadcrumbs (granulated garlic, grated cheese and parsley)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all meat with eggs, breadcrumbs, cheese, granulated garlic, parsley, and salt and mix with hands. I usually add more cheese and granulated garlic based on smell. You need to be able to smell the cheese and garlic, if not, keep adding a little at a time. Roll into 2 inch balls and dredge in flour, eggs, breadcrumb mixture. Sautee almost frying) in olive oil until cooked well. Drain and place in Italian Gravy (see recipe) or can freeze in Ziploc bags.
