one pound of "white" crab meat
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 T. chopped green pepper
2 T. grated onion
2 T. pimiento chopped.
2 T. chopped parsley
1 tsp. sherry
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. sherry
½ tso, Old Bay Seasoning
¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp. black pepper
1 egg
Topping: Bread crumbs (tear bread into chunks and pulse in foo processor until chopped fine.) Sauce crumbs in 2 T. butter until crisp. Put a little paprika into the mix.

Sauté green pepper and onion in 2 T. unsalted butter. Combine with remaining ingredients (not crab).
Gently fold in crab meat, to keep crab meat lumps whole. Form crab into buttered or non stick sprayed shells. Sprinkle each imperial with buttered bread crumbs and paprika.

Finish in oven at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until heated through and gently browned.
