2 large Russet potatoes
3 egg yolks
2 c flour
2T salt

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave potatoes until tender. Peel and put thru ricer. Allow to cool.
Mix yolks together.
Make a well in middle of potatoes, add eggs and flour.
When it comes together let rest 10 minutes, cover with moist paper towel.
Cut off pieces and roll to your desired thickness. We like about 3/4 inch. Cut into pieces.
Boil just until they rise to the top. 3 minutes or so.
