2T olive oil
12 ounces hot sausage, jimmy dean frozen is great
5 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 pkg cream cheese, room temp
1 T tyme
1 T basil
3/4 c bread crumbs
1 c Gorgonzola , crumbles
Salt/pepper
6 large portobellos

Directions:
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium high heat add sausage and cook, stirring frequently. Add garlic and cook for one minute. Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the cheese ,herbs, bread crumbs, 3/4 c of Gorgonzola. Stir until combined.
Fill each mushroom with filling, topping with remaining Gorgonzola .
Cook 20 minutes or until softened.
