Personal Notes:
In addition to my exploits in the restaurant and food service's business and my love of cooking, I spent several years as an early 1960s computer programmer in the new computer industry as one of the first women programmers. This included employment with Dayton Hudson, Blue Cross, and Minnesota Fabrics. In the mid 1980s I did consulting work for Nestar Corp. located in Mountain View, CA. Nestar was one of the two original companies in the computer industry that made commercial servers which are the backbone of the now famous INTERNET. While with Nestar I spent two week at the Jimmy Carter Presidential Library in Atlanta,Georgia installing their internet system and training their personal. While there I had lunch with Rosalynn, the former First Lady and Jimmy mom Ms. Lillian, who was a former Peace Corps Volunteer like my husband Ken. During our lunch Rosalynn and I swapped recipes. This is one of Rosalynn's recipes.
