Breakfast Pie Recipe

Pie crust for 9 x 13 pan
3 C frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
Ham (leftovers or deli) enough to cover potatoes
1 bag fresh spinach, or frozen
8 beaten eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
2 C shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 350.
Spray pan with PAM and layer ingredients in following order:
Pie crust, hash browns, spinach, ham, eggs, and add salt and pepper to eggs.
Make sure eggs seep into the other layers.
Top with cheese.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly.
