Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups whole milk
2 eggs
1/4-cup sugar
1/2-tsp vanilla
1/8-tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Blend together: milk, sugar, salt. Then add eggs and beat well.

NOTE: the more egg yolk you use to egg white, the richer the custard will be. More egg whites: stiffer custard. So this recipe is as if you will et it from a cup. If you want to UNMOLD it and have it stand on its own, add another egg.)

Add vanilla extract and pour into ramekins. Grate nutmeg on top and place in a pan of hot water on a pizza stone or in a heavy ceramic baking dish.

Bake 20-30 minutes.
