Basil Pesto Pizza Bites Recipe

Pizza dough
8-oz shredded mozzarella cheese
5 plum tomatoes
1/4-cup Parmesan
1/2-cup mayo
2 TB Pesto
1/2-tsp pepper
3-TB chopped fresh basil

Put oven at 400

Place pizza dough on lightly greased baking sheet and roll into a 12-inch circle. Brush outer 1-inch of crust with water. Fold edge over and crimp. Prick the bottom.

Bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella. Cool 15 minutes.

Arrange tomato slices over the cheese.

Stir remaining 1-cup mozzarella with Parmesan and the next three ingredients: mayo, pesto and pepper.
Spread over tomatoes.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Bring out of oven and sprinkle with the fresh basil.
