1 cubed or round steak
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
Half onion, chopped
Salad dressing
1 cup Marsala wine

Directions:
Directions:
Put Oven to 350

Dredge steak in flour and put in a single layer in a large oven-proof pan.

Toss vegetables on top and drizzle EVOO on top and then also the salad dressing (Good Season's Italian is good.)

Cover with foil and bake.

After an hour, pour the Marsala wine on top and then continue baking for another 2 hours but keep your eye on it so it doesn't dry out.
