Ingredients:  
1 lb venison cube steaks
4 jalapenos, seeded and deveined and cut lengthwise
4 oz cream cheese softened
italian dressing and Moore's marinade to cover cube steaks
½ lb bacon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Marinate meat in italian dressing and Moore's 4-6 hours.

2. Fill peppers with cream cheese and put back together.

3. Drain steak from marinade and cut each pepper to fit into each of the steaks.

4. Wrap each stuffed steak in bacon.

5. Smoke in a 250º grill for ½-1 hour.
