Thick Bread, Olive Oil, Diced Garlic, Salt, Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the oil, garlic, salt and cheese in a bowl, Fry one side of the bread. Spread the oil on the other side. Put the bread, garlic side up under a broiler. Pull out when toasted. Cut into small squares.
