1 12" backstrap
C teriyaki marinade
lb bacon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Marinade backstrap in teriyaki for 6-24 hours.

2. Remove backstrap from marinade and wrap bacon around it.

3. Smoke on grill at 250 for 45-60 minutes.
