1 6oz can of lemonade concentrate, thawed
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1 cup light Corn Syrup

Chicken Pieces (Boneless Breasts or Fillets)

Directions:
In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except the chicken and mix.
Add chicken pieces and toss to coat throughly.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, turning the chicken every couple hours.

Preheat BBQ or oven to 450F.
Cook on BBQ indirectly, basting with leftover marinade frequently.
Cook until done. This can vary greatly depending on size of pieces.
Alternatively cook in oven for about 50 minutes or until tender (shorter if using fillets).

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
From Mom Moore's Family Cookbook. Orange and Lemonade concentrates are not available in Asia, so we use Cointreau Liqueur and Fresh Lemon Juice instead. We also sometimes substitute brown sugar and light oil for the Corn Syrup. You can also use honey. We use a large zip lock bag instead of a mixing bowl to marinate.
