Pitted Black Cherries, 1lb can, including juice
1/2 t. cornstarch in 1/4 cup water
1/4 cup Rum or Brandy
1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Pour juice of cheeries into small saucepan and bring to boil.
Thicken with cornstarch mixture.
Add cherries.
Stir until they are heated through.
Take to place of service and pour on the brandy or rum.
Ignite.
When the flames die down, spoon over individual bowls of ice cream.
