2 cups Sugar
1/4 cup Cocoa
1/2 cup Milk
1/4 cup Butter
1 t. Vanilla
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup Chunky Peanut Butter
3 cups Quick Cooking Oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Put sauce pan on medium heat.
Add sugar, cocoa, milk and butter.
Stir constantly and heat until boiling.
Boil for 1 minute - this is important.
Remove from heat and cool for one minute.
Add vanilla, salt, peanut butter, and oatmeal.
Stir well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper.
Put in refridgerator to cool completely.
Eat.

From Mom Moore's Cookbook. We make these all the time. Below is the orginal recipe but we now use smooth peanut butter and a 1/2 cup more oatmeal (and instant as opposed to quick cooking)
