Butterscotch Brownies Recipe

3oz Butterscotch Pieces
1/4 cup Butter
3/4 cup Flour
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
1 t. Baking Powder
1/4 t. Salt
1/2 t. Vanilla
1 Egg

1 cup Miniature Marshmellows
1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Melt butterscotch pieces and butter. Allow to cool.
Add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla and egg. Stir well.
Fold marshmellows and chocolate chips into batter until just combined.
Spred in greased 9x9 pan.
Bake in 350F oven for 20-25 minutes.
Do not over-bake. Center will be underdone but will firm as it cools.
