Jumbo Prawns - in shell but de-vein.
Fresh Chili
Garlic
Sesame Oil
Brown Sugar
Fish Sauce
Lime Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Grill or Broil Prawns until they are done.
Meanwhile, make the sauce:
Put chilies, garlic and sesame oil in a blender.
Blend and pour into a small bowl.
Add fish sauce, sugar and lime juice to taste.
