Ingredients:  
1 Package Cream Cheese, 1 Package Roquefort Cheese, 1 Package Chipped Beef, Horseradish to taste, Worcestershire Sauce to taste, Tabasco Sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
Mix until smooth.
Remove from blender and roll into a ball.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Serve with crackers.

This is a classic from the Mom Moore Recipe Book. It's hard to find chipped beef in Asia, but we think you could substitute deli sliced corn beef. You can store a prepared Cheese Ball in the refrigerator for up to one month. Serve with crackers of your choice.
