1 lb ground beef
Instant potatoes, enough for 8 oz serving
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
1 Tbs. onion flakes
c. ketchup
1 c. milk.
c. cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350,

Mix meat, 1 ⅓ c. potato buds, eggs, salt, pepper, onion, ketchup and milk.

Spread in an ungreased pie pan.

Bake uncovered 35-40 minutes.

Prepare the remaining instant potatoes as directed on the package for 4 servings.

Top baked meat mix with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 3-4 minutes longer until cheese melts.
