1 10 oz package of frozen broccoli spears and mushrooms, or rice and vegetables
1 7 z can tuna, drained and flaked
1 small tomato
4 Tbs. Creamy italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Cut 2- 12 in squared of foil. Place half of the vegetable in the center of each foil.

Place half of tuna on each square. Top with 2 pieces of tomato. and italian dressing.

Fold foil tightly and bake for 25 minutes.
