1T Olive Oil
1½ pounds boneless turkey, cubed
¼ cup chopped onion
1 cup chicken broth
1 can (4oz) chopped green chilies
1 can (19oz) white kidney beans (cannellini, undrained)
2 green onion, sliced

SPICE BLEND: 1t garlic powder, 1t cumin, ½t oregano, ½t cilantro, ⅛t ground red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add turkey and onions; cook 4-5 minutes. Stir in broth, green chilies and spice blend, simmer 15 minutes.
Stir in beans, simmer 5 minutes.
Top with onions. Garnish with Monterrey jack cheese, if desired.
