4 large onions, sliced thin
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. seasoned salt
3 cans beef consomme plus 3 cans water (or 6 cans beef broth)
1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce
garlic to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and saute onions until tender. Add Worcestershire, seasoning salt, beef broth, tabasco, garlic, salt and pepper. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 4-5 hours.
