1 package crescent dinner rolls
1 small jar or tin chopped mushrooms
1 3 ounce pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. mixed herbs
1 egg white, slightly beaten
Poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out rolls into 4 rectangle. Place drained mushrooms, cheese, and seasonings in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Spread evenly over the rectangles. Roll up each rectangle, starting with the long side. Cut each long roll into 4 logs. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. With pastry brush cover with egg white (sprinkle with poppy seeds). Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.

Makes 16 logs.
