4oz Sun Dried Tomatoes
4oz chopped Green Onions
4oz Mushrooms, thinly sliced
6oz shredded Asiago
3oz Cream Cheese
1 Quart sour cream
1 cup mayonaise

Directions:
Directions:
Place tomatoes in bowl and cover with hot water, soak completely (about 4 hours) and julienne. Add green onions, mushrooms and cheese.

In a separate bowl combine sour cream, mayo, cream cheese. Blend together

Mix in veggie and cheese mixture. Place in double boiler and stir occasionally until cheese melts.

Serve with beer bread or crackers.
