4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (1 pound)
3/4 cup cream
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

6 slices of bread, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cheese over hot, not boiling water, being careful not to let cheese boil. Gradually stir in rest of ingredients. Serve at once on toast points.

Makes 4-6 servings.

I remember Nana making this as a special, late night supper for just Pop Pop and her, when we were supposed to be in our beds. But we sometimes took a peak into the dining room from the stairs, just to see what fun we were missing out on!
