4 eggs beaten
2 c. Brown sugar, packed
1 Tbs. Butter
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Beat eggs until blended, blend in brown sugar and butter. Cook on low heat until it is just hot.

Sift flour and baking powder. Ass all at once to the cooked mixture. Mix well until blended.

Stir in chopped pecans and vanilla. Pour mixture into a well greased pan and lightly floured 13x9 pan.

Bake 25-30 minutes until the cake springs back when touched in the center. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while warm.
