60 Ritz Crackers
1 Stick Butter
2 3oz boxes of instant toasted coconut pudding
1 c. milk
1 qt. Vanilla Ice cream, Softened
2 containers of cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together Ritz crackers and butter. Save a cup of mixture. Press the remaining mixture into a 9x13 pan.

Mix pudding and milk using a mixer. Add softened ice cream and beat until smooth. Pour over the crumb crust. Refrigerate.

Cover with cool whip and sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top.
