Ingredients:
Green beans (I use snap beans)
Water
Salt
Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and snap beans. Place in large sauce pot or pressure cooker with water up to 3/4 of the top of the beans. Salt the beans. Heavily drizzle oil over the top of beans. In a regular pot, bring to a boil and turn down to low and cook for at least 3 hours - checking to make sure there is still water in pot so that beans don't burn. If using a pressure cooker, it can cook from 45 minutes to an hour. If pushed for time, they will probably be ready in 30 minutes. At the end of the cooking time, check to see if water is in the pot. If so, boil on high until it is reduced.
