Directions:
Mix 1 can of ginger ale, 1 tbsp of worcester sauce and 1/2 bottle of ketcup in a large sauce pan over the stove. I double ginger ale, worcester sauce and ketchup mixture and then follow rest of recipe. Thorw in one small head of cabbage cut into 1 inch strips. Cover pot and cook for 15 minutes on medium. While cooking, mix 1 1/2 pounds of ground sirloin, and 1 onion chopped, 2 eggs and 1/2 cup of minute rice. I used brown rice. Meatballs will be wet. Add meatballs to boiling cabbage mixture and cook for an additional 40 minutes or so. You can add a little water if you think it is needed.
