1 C Butter
2C Sugar
4 eggs
3C Flour
1T Vanilla
1t Baking Soda
1t Salt
1/2t Baking Powder
1C Buttermilk

BUTTER “GLAZE”
1/3C Butter
3/4C Sugar
2T water
2T vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Oil (vegetable/canola) the bundt pan well & coat with sugar. (Do not let oil pool)
Heat oven to 325º.

Add all ingredients in mixer & mix for 3 minutes.
Put into bundt pan & cook for 65-75 minutes (mine was 70)

While cake is hot & cooling prepare “glaze”.
In saucepan melt butter & sugar just until dissolved. Do not boil.

Take butter knife & make several openings in the bottom of cake. Pour in “glaze”. Continue until all the “glaze” is soaking into the cake. Make certain to go all the way to the bottom with the knife.
When cake has cooled flip out of pan.
