⅔ cup Hershey's Cocoa
3 cups Sugar
⅛ tsp. salt
¼ cup butter
1½ cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1, Combine cocoa, sugar, and salt in (3qt.) sauce pan.
2. Add milk gradually , mix throughly, bring to a bubbly boil on high heat, stirring constantly.
3. Reduce heat to medium heat and continue to boil the mixture WITHOUT STIRRING until it reaches 232 F
Or until it forms a soft ball in cold water
4, Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla to mixture
5. DO NOT STIR
6, LET FUDGE COOL TO 110 F
7. Beat by hand or mixer until it thickens and loses some of gloss.
8. Quickly pour fudge in a buttered 8x8x2 pan.

MAKE SURE THE CANDY THERMOMETER IS NOT TOUCHING THE BOTTOM OF THE PAN.
