1 head of cabbage
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
1 pound ground beef
1 egg
¼ cup of bread crumbs
¼ cup of ketchup
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Steam one head of cabbage until the leaves come apart.
Saute one small chopped onion and 4 cloves garlic until the onion is clear. Add one pound ground meat to the onion mixture, one egg slightly beaten, ¼ c. bread crumbs, ketchup, dash of Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Mix lightly, and roll into a mound into each cabbage leaf. Then roll the cabbage leaf and place upside down in a casserole dish.
Sauce: Chop a small onion fine and 4 cloves garlic and sauce. Add 1 small can of tomato sauce and 1
small can of tomato paste.
Pour over the top of stuffed cabbage and simmer very slowly until the ground beef is cooked (about an hour) or you could put in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to an hour.
