1 head of cabbage
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
1 pound ground beef
1 egg
cup of bread crumbs
cup of ketchup
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Steam one head of cabbage until the leaves come apart.
Saute one small chopped onion and 4 cloves garlic until the onion is clear. Add one pound ground meat to the onion mixture, one egg slightly beaten, c. bread crumbs, ketchup, dash of Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Mix lightly, and roll into a mound into each cabbage leaf. Then roll the cabbage leaf and place upside down in a casserole dish.
Sauce: Chop a small onion fine and 4 cloves garlic and sauce. Add 1 small can of tomato sauce and 1
small can of tomato paste.
Pour over the top of stuffed cabbage and simmer very slowly until the ground beef is cooked (about an hour) or you could put in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to an hour.
