1 can whole tomatoes (16 oz.)
1 6 oz. can tomato paste
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. onion salt
1/4 c. olive oil
1 c. minced onion
2 clove minced garlic
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
No boil Lasagna noodles (1/2 package)
3/4 lb. Ricotta cheese
1/2 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. shredded muenster cheese
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Simmer tomatoes, tomato paste, 1 tsp. salt, oregano, pepper and onion salt in uncovered pan.

Put oil in skillet. Saute onion and garlic until golden; add ground beef and 1 tsp. salt.

Add to tomato sauce and simmer uncovered 2 1/2 hours.

Cover bottom of 9X13 baking dish with 1/3 sauce, then 1/2 Lasagna noodles, 1/2 Ricotta, 1/2 Mozzarella, 1/2 Muenster and 1/3 Parmesan cheese. Repeat layering.

Bake 30 - 40 minutes at 350º.

Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
