4 C. Fresh Rhubarb, cleaned and cut to 1/2"
1/2 C. Granulated Sugar
2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Grated lemon rind
1 C. Brown sugar
1 C. Flour
1/4 lb. Soft butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rhubarb, granulated sugar, lemon juice & rind.
Mix flour, brown sugar & butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle on top of rhubarb.
Bake in microwave about 15 minutes
Turning 1/4 turn often. Test center of crisp with fork, if tender remove. Serve warm or cold.....plain, with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
