1 box of graham crackers
2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding (3 oz. each)
3 cups of milk
1 cool whip tub (8 oz.)
2 oz. of unsweetened chocolate
1¼ cups of powdered sugar
2 T. white Karo syrup
1 t. vanilla
3 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Line 9x13 dish with crackers. Prepare pudding with 3 cups of milk, when firm add cool whip. Let sit until firm. Put 1/2 of pudding on crackers and cover with more crackers, then add rest of pudding. Top with crackers. Melt chocolate with butter in microwave, then add vanilla, 3 T. of milk, powder sugar and beat. Spread on top and let chill overnight.
