Roasted Chicken Recipe

1 lge. chicken

1 lemon


1 small onion

1/2 cup soya sauce

1 cup sherry wine

Garlic salt

1. Place chicken in pan

2. Rub entire chicken with lemon.

3. Insert knife between skin and meat in various places all over chicken, add sots of butter inside
these areas.

4. Place onion inside chicken.

5. Mix soya sauce and sherry wine.

6.Pour soya and wine mixture over chicken.

7.Season with garlic salt.

8. Cover pan with foil.

9. Bake at 400 deg. for about 1 hour.

10. Remove foil and baste chicken.

11. Brown at 450 deg. for 20 min.
