3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. sifted flour
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, powdered sugar and 1 1/2 c. sifted flour together with fork (like pie crust).

Pat into 9X12 pan and bake 20 minutes at 350º

Beat eggs, granulated sugar, 3 Tbsp. flour and lemon juice. Pour over hot crust.

Bake 20 minutes at 350º
