1 stewing chicken, cut up

1/2 onion, chopped

1 tsp. allspice

1 tsp. cumin seed

1 can tomatoe sauce

Pepper to taste

2 garlic cloves

1 bay leaf

2 tbs. red wine vinegar

1 tbs. salt




Directions:
Directions:
1. Cover chicken with water.

2. Add rest of ingredients.

3. Bake in oven at 350 deg. for about 4 hours.

1. 1/2 can tomato sauce

2. Parsley

3. Allspice

4. 1 cup rice

5. Salt and Pepper

6. Cumin seed

7. 1 tbs. salt

8. 1 1/2 cups juice from the stew

1. Add all ingredients to rice.

2. Cook with juice from stew
