4 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 lg green apple(chopped)
1 onion (chopped small)
4 cups of broth
2 tomatoes (chopped) (or half a small can of tomatoes)
2 cups spaghetti squash (1/2 a squash) (chopped in chunks)
2 carrots (chopped)
1/2" of ginger root grated
1/4 tsp of allspice
1 cup of whole wheat noodles (or rice, or what ever)
1 red pepper( also chopped into pieces)
2 potatoes small (chopped into pieces)
Optional 2 breasts of chicken (browned and chopped)

Directions:
Directions:

Saute the garlic (minced) and onion (chopped finley). Then add the potato ( cut in smallish pieces) and apple (also chopped) and saute a little more. Chop the other vegetables and add to pan. Then add the broth and spices and noodles or rice . And simmer till done. You can add cut up browned chicken or browned sausage to the mix if no vegans partaking.
