2 C sifted all purpose flour
C sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
tsp baking soda
1 beaten egg
1 tsp grated orange peel
C orange juice
2 Tb salad oil
1 C chopped fresh cranberries
C walnuts (or pecans)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and soda
Combine egg, grated orange peel, orange juice, and salad oil.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened.
Fold in cranberries and walnuts.
Bake in greased 9x5x3 loaf pan for 60 minutes or in muffin tins for 20-25 minutes, or till done.
Remove from pan; cool.
Wrap; store overnight.
