Ingredients:  
1 C finely ground smoked turkey
1 (8 oz) pkg crème cheese
3 Tb mayonnaise
½ C chopped pecans
2 Tb chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
• Combine first 3 ingredients well.
• Chill for several hours.
• Shape into one or two balls.
• Roll in pecans and parsley.
• Wrap well, freeze, or refrigerate.

(To freeze, omit mayonnaise.)

This recipe has a dual sentiment. It originally came from Greenberg Smoked Turkeys. Rick's parents always received a smoked turkey from a client every Christmas. In the packaging was this recipe.
