1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
1 large jar pimentos
2 C mayonnaise (you may need to add more for desired consistency)
6-7 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
4 Tb chopped onion
2 shakes of Worcestershire sauce
- C chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients, adding mayonnaise slowly.
Add the rest of ingredients, mixing in mayonnaise to the desired consistency.
Refrigerate for several hours to allow flavors to mingle.
Serve on crackers, as a dip, or as a sandwich filling.
