Fancy Chicken Log Recipe

2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 Tb bottled steak sauce
tsp curry powder
1 C minced cooked chicken
1/3 C minced celery
C chopped parsley
C chopped toasted almonds

Using a hand mixer, beat together the first 3 ingredients.
Blend in cooked chicken and celery and 2 Tb parsley. (Refrigerate remaining parsley.)
Shape mixture into a 9 inch log.
Wrap in plastic wrap and chill 4 hours, or overnight.
Toss together remaining parsley and almonds.
Roll chicken log in parsley and almonds.

Serve with crackers.

Yields: 3 C spread
